We work with individuals and couples, offering relationship and sex therapy for…

  • Affair recovery therapy provides a supportive, structured space to heal after infidelity. Whether you're rebuilding trust after a betrayal or navigating the painful decision to stay or separate, I help couples and individuals process emotions, rebuild safety, and understand what led to the rupture. Together, we work through grief, anger, confusion, and fear, while creating a clear path forward—toward repair, clarity, and emotional honesty. This work supports communication, establishes boundaries, and restores connection, intimacy, and self-trust so you can move forward with confidence and compassion.

  • Healthy communication is the foundation of strong relationships. In therapy, we work together to identify the patterns, triggers, and emotional blocks that make it difficult to express needs, listen effectively, and feel understood. Whether you're experiencing recurring arguments, feeling disconnected, or struggling to communicate during conflict, this therapy helps you build skills for clarity, emotional safety, and connection. You’ll learn evidence-based tools to improve communication, deepen intimacy, and create a more supportive and secure relationship with your partner—and with yourself.

  • Porn and sex addiction can affect your relationships, emotional wellbeing, and self-esteem. In therapy, we explore patterns of compulsive sexual behavior, underlying triggers, and emotional needs driving these behaviors. Together, we develop personalized strategies to regain control, improve intimacy, and rebuild trust—with yourself and your partner. This work supports healthy boundaries, sexual self-awareness, and emotional regulation, helping you move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

  • Differences in sexual desire can create tension, frustration, or disconnection in relationships. In therapy, we explore underlying factors—emotional, physical, relational, and psychological—that impact desire. Together, we work on communication, intimacy-building strategies, and personalized approaches to restore sexual connection and satisfaction. This therapy supports both individuals and couples in understanding each other’s needs, fostering closeness, and creating a fulfilling sexual and emotional relationship.

  • Erectile disorder can affect confidence, intimacy, and connection in relationships. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore the emotional, relational, and psychological factors contributing to erectile difficulties. Together, we address performance anxiety, stress, relationship dynamics, and underlying concerns while developing strategies to improve sexual confidence, communication, and intimacy. This therapy supports both individuals and couples in fostering emotional closeness and a fulfilling sexual relationship.

  • Therapy for kink and BDSM provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your sexual identity, desires, and relationship dynamics. Whether you’re navigating challenges around communication, boundaries, consent, or emotional intimacy, therapy helps you build healthy, fulfilling, and safe experiences. Together, we address shame, enhance self-awareness, and strengthen connection—both with yourself and your partners—while supporting your unique sexual expression.

  • Sexual trauma can have lasting effects on emotional, relational, and sexual wellbeing. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process these experiences, address trauma-related symptoms, and rebuild trust in yourself and others. Together, we work on healing emotional wounds, improving boundaries, and restoring intimacy, connection, and self-confidence. This trauma-informed approach helps survivors move toward empowerment, resilience, and a renewed sense of safety in relationships and sexual experiences.

  • Therapy for consensual non-monogamy (CNM), ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and polyamorous relationships provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to navigate the unique challenges of non-traditional relationship structures. Whether you’re managing jealousy, communication challenges, boundary-setting, or time and emotional management, therapy helps you and your partners build trust, improve communication, and deepen connection. This work supports healthy, ethical, and fulfilling relationships that honor consent, honesty, and emotional well-being for all involved.

  • Pleasure enhancement therapy helps individuals and couples reconnect with sexual desire, intimacy, and enjoyment. In a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, we explore physical, emotional, and relational factors that impact pleasure. Together, we address barriers such as stress, shame, past trauma, or communication challenges, and develop personalized strategies to increase sexual satisfaction, intimacy, and connection. This therapy supports you in cultivating a more fulfilling and pleasurable sexual life—both individually and with your partner.

  • Breakups and dating transitions can be emotionally challenging and impact your self-esteem, relationships, and sense of connection. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process grief, navigate emotions, and gain clarity about your patterns and needs. Together, we explore strategies for healing, rebuilding confidence, and developing healthy relationship skills. Whether you’re recovering from a breakup or preparing to enter the dating world, therapy helps you move forward with self-awareness, resilience, and readiness for meaningful connection.

 FAQs

  • Intake sessions are $20 more because they require significantly more preparation and administrative time outside our appointment together. During the intake process, I review your paperwork, assess your history and needs, and create an initial plan for our work together. This ensures that when you come into our first few sessions, I’m fully prepared and able to support you with clarity and intention.

The additional fee simply reflects the extra time and care that goes into that front-end process so we can start off grounded, informed, and focused on your healing.

  • Your first therapy session, also called an intake session, focuses on understanding your background, goals, and what you're hoping to work through in counseling. We'll review your history, talk about what brought you to therapy, and create a plan tailored to your needs. This helps us start with clarity and direction so you can feel supported from day one.

  • Most clients attend therapy weekly at first to build momentum toward your goals. As you make progress and feel more grounded, we can shift to bi-weekly or monthly sessions. The frequency depends on your goals, needs, and pace — we’ll make the decision together.

  • Yes — All sessions are held virtually for folks located in Ohio and Kentucky. I offer secure online therapy sessions using our HIPAA compliant software for comfort, convenience, and ease of scheduling.

  • I'm considered an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance.

I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Every plan is different, so I encourage you to contact your insurer to ask about out-of-network therapy benefits.

  • My fee for ongoing therapy sessions is $140 for individuals and $160 for couples. Intake or initial sessions are $160 for individuals and $180 for couples. I also offer limited sliding-scale spots (with a minimum cost per session of $100) for those experiencing financial hardship. Please contact me to inquire about sliding scale availability.
